In this video the first issue discovered for this case was unbalanced voltage of condensing unit.
while conducting further diagnosis, we found the indoor air temperature thermistor
was faulty.
the case was resolved by resetting error of the outdoor unit and replacing the faulty

Thermistor.
however, the reason behind the unbalanced voltage was not found.
